What a team work! What a community involvement! What a philanthropic contributions! Oh YES It was indeed a very successful event. We are grateful to all the community leaders who were involved together in putting this seven day-event “Shrimad Bhagwat Mahapuran Saptha” to its next level.
We are very grateful to Vachan Praveen Shree Din Bandhu Pokhrel and other three local Hindu Priests to shed light meaningfully on “Shrimad Bhagwat Katha” and to lead this event towards most productively successful.
We would like to appreciate those who played energetic role in front or from the back to make this seven-day event pleasurably successful. The colorful stage, echoes of variety choir groups, phenomenal orchestral team, efficient main organizing committee, experienced puja organizing committee, tastefulness of food committee, self motivated volunteers, energetic finance team, professional journalist & photographers and the divine devotees had synced together and shown their continuous and tireless effort to make this event so prosperous.
The Special thank goes to those who sponsored food from their restaurants and those who brought food and “Parsadi” from their homes to serve the pool of devotees. We are also very much thankful to the self motivated volunteers who stayed late to clean the venue and make it ready for the next day.
We would also like to show our gratitude to the Village Exchange Center and Aurora Police Department (APD) for their enthusiastic involvement and their valuable support to make this event tranquilly successful.
The seven-day event “Shrimad Bhagwat Saptah Mahapuran” was jointly organized by Nepali Ghar, in association with Nepalese Community Organizations in Colorado. The purpose of this religious ceremony was to raise fund to build Nepalese community center in Colorado.
We are very proud to announce that our community had pledged to donate approx. $581,000.00 during this event. We will be collecting those pledged amount within next three years period. We are fully committed and also would like to assure all the community people that this amount will remain transparent, vigilant and incurred only in the purpose of building “Nepalese Community Center” in Colorado.
The encouragements and trustworthiness we received from our amazing Nepalese community, we are extremely motivated and fully believed that we are not far away to fulfill our common dreams of our “OWN COMMUNITY CENTER”.
Together we will build our community home in the state of Colorado and we always stay strong!
